It’s no secret that the summer becomes the busiest for shelters and animal rescues/ fosters/ sanctuaries. Unfixed cats and dogs are breeding at an accelerated rate, they need homes and are taken to the shelter. Shelters fill up and with a lack of adopters, more and more animals at euthanized because we can’t find them homes quick enough…. A horrible situation that is currently happening all over the world….

This sweet little kitten was dumped on one of our local sanctuaries and being that we have an incubator, they asked us to foster him. How can we say no to a tiny little voiceless creature who wasn’t even 1 day old?!

Please, please , PLEASE ask for help if you have unwanted kittens or puppies or ANY animal. We may not be able to find them homes right away but between all of us animal loving fosters in our area, we can help figure something out! But dumping them is NOT the answer! Dumping them hurts these babies incredibly, it gives them a large setback at thriving. Please, let’s work together in helping these babies and giving them the fighting chance they deserve!

Consider volunteering at your local shelter , they always need extra hands to help with all of these animals. Share rehoming posts, share with your friends and family! Helping doesn’t have to cost you a penny, donations are nice, but what shelters and animal rescues really need right now are extra hands to help feed, clean and socialize these rescues to be able to rehome them efficiently.
